Hours of Operation

  • Monday-Friday: (8:00am – 6:00pm)
  • Saturday: (8:00am - 12:00pm)

New Patients

New patients are always welcome at FamilyFirst HealthCare however, not all physicians are currently accepting new patients. Schedule an appointment today by calling (806) 794-3000. If you are a new patient please arrive a few minutes early to provide enough time to fill out the required forms, or download them now by clicking here.

Walk-In Policy

Walk-ins are welcome six days a week without an appointment! We set aside time especially for walk-ins at the following times:

  • Monday-Friday: (4:00pm – 6:00pm)
  • Saturday: (8:00am-12:00pm)

Note that if you are seen without an appointment you may not see your primary physician.

After Hours

After normal business hours we can still be reached by calling (806) 794-3000, where you be directed to the answering service to leave a message.

Prescription Refill

We ask that you contact our office before you completely run out of medication to allow 3-5 days for refill of routine medication. When you need a refill, please call your pharmacy and they will contact us. This reduces the possibility of errors being made when filling your prescription. Urgently needed medication refills should be called to the front office and a message left for the nurse. Any Rx refill request received after 4pm will not be called in until the next working day. Pain medication and controlled substances can only be refilled during regular office hours (8:00am-4:00pm). You may be asked to schedule an appointment for treatment evaluation purposes before a prescription refill is ordered at your physicians discretion.

Forms Brought to the Office

If you have forms you would like to have our office staff fill out, please call us at (806) 794-3000 and schedule an appointment. Note that for a visit of this type you may be subject to an additional charge not necessarily covered by all insurances.

Workman’s Compensation

We are sorry to inform you that at the current time FamilyFirst does not handle cases involving workman’s compensation.
