Randy K. Rozean, M.D.
Randy Rozean, M.D. was raised in Brownfield, Texas. He moved to Lubbock in 1976 after graduating from high school and attended Texas Tech University where he obtained a bachelor of arts degree in 1980. He then attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where he obtained his medical degree in 1985 and then completed a 3-year residency in Family Medicine at the same facility. He was named Chief Resident during his last year of residency. He remained on the faculty at the Department of Family Medicine for one year as Associate Residency Director before entering private practice in 1989. He has served on multiple hospital committees including being Chief of Staff at St. Mary's hospital in 1994. He currently resides in Lubbock County with his wife Lisa and 2 sons, Colby and Cameron.
Joel B. Landry, M.D.
Joel B. Landry, M.D. is a native of West Texas, who was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. Dr. Landry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology as well as a Master of Science degree in Immunology from Texas Tech University. He attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and was named Outstanding Senior Student by the Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Landry continued his training with both an internship and residency at the same facility. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. In private practice since 2000, Dr. Landry was named Best Physician in Lubbock by the Lubbock Avalanche Journal in 2010. This was followed by an award from Texas Monthly, in which he was deemed a Texas Super Doctor in 2012.
Kye B. Lear, M.D.
Kye Lear, M.D., is West Texas native, raised in Big Lake and Alpine, Texas. He graduated summa cum laude from Sul Ross State University in 1975, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and certification to teach secondary sciences. Dr. Lear earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, in 1979. He then completed a three-year Family Medical Residency at Lubbock’s Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in the Department of Family Medicine from 1979-1982, where he served as Chief Resident his third year. Dr. Lear has been in private practice since July 1982. He has served as Family Medicine Section Chairman as well as on numerous hospital committees and on the board of the Lubbock Health Department. Dr. Lear has been continuously Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1982.
April Ehlers, P.A.-C.
April Ehlers, P.A.-C., was born and raised in Lubbock, TX. She graduated from Lubbock Cooper High School in 2008. She then attended Lubbock Christian University on a basketball scholarship from 2008-2012. While playing basketball, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science graduating Summa Cum Laude. From there, she received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, graduating in 2014. She has been working at FFHC since November 2014. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being involved at her church, and playing golf.
